Respecting Our Support Team "As we embark on this journey together, it’s vital
to remember that our support staff are not hired help — they are volunteers
who’ve chosen to serve out of goodwill and shared purpose. Their role is to
assist the group, not to be at anyone’s personal beck and call. Let’s treat them
with the same respect and gratitude we’d want for ourselves. A kind word, a
helping hand, and a bit of patience go a long way. This ride is a collective
effort, and every person — rider or support — deserves dignity and
appreciation."
